Products & Listings

50THRIFTS sells handpicked vintage, thrift, and pre-owned fashion items. Please note:

• All items are pre-owned/thrifted unless explicitly stated as new
• Product images are of the actual item being sold
• Minor wear, fading, or vintage distressing is part of the product's character
• Sizes may vary — always refer to measurements mentioned in product description
• Stock is limited — items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change without prior notice
• Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order
• We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and COD (where available)
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India using trusted courier partners including India Post and others.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from dispatch
• Remote areas may take longer
• A tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched
• Track your order at: India Post Tracking
• 50THRIFTS is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events

Exchange Policy

Since we deal in thrifted/vintage clothing, our exchange policy is as follows:

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size issues or style preference (subject to stock availability)
• Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video as proof
• Items that show normal vintage wear as described are not eligible for exchange
• For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side

User Conduct

By using this website, you agree NOT to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our platform
• Post false reviews or misleading information
• Resell items purchased from us without permission
• Misuse our contact channels for spam or abuse

Intellectual Property

All content on 50THRIFTS — including but not limited to images, text, logo, videos, and design — is the property of 50THRIFTS and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

• Product images are proprietary and belong to 50THRIFTS

50THRIFTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and are not liable for any loss resulting from website downtime or errors.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
